All information provided through this website, on our blog or through One Finley Way's email subscription are provided "as-is, where-is" and without any warranties of any kind, including the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of this website does not constitute or establish a contractual relationship with One Finley Way. (4) CANCELLATION POLICY - For clients that pay “One-Time” or “Per Month” rates, you are allowed to cancel within 48 hours in advance of their scheduled training session. Failure to notify us within 48 hours prior to your session will result in forfeiture of your session fee, unless documentation is provided that medical emergency occurred.
(5) MEMBERSHIPS - We no longer offer membership options.
(6) REFUND POLICY - Based on the nature of our work and the fact that it involves our time and talent, we do not offer refunds.
(7) RIGHT TO REFUSE/REVOKE SERVICES - We reserve the right to revoke or refuse services to clients or parents whose behavior is deemed, including but not limited to: disrespectful, aggressive, demeaning, violent, or threatening whether verbally or physically.
(8) OFW Skills Academy Camps - Camps are directed by Coach Mo Finley. Coach Finley is a USA Gold Certified Coach. All campers are to abide by the rules and practices of Dawson FRC. Any camper that violates the rules of Dawson FRC will be dismissed from camp. Any camper that intentionally violates, harasses, or harms another camper will also be dismissed from camp. In the case of either of those scenarios the camper’s parents/guardians will be notified and informed of the reason for dismissal. No refund or remedy will be offered.
Refunds will not be offered unless camp is cancelled. If the entire 4-day camp is cancelled registrants will receive a full refund. If camp is cancelled for weather events (1-2 days) a partial refund may be administered. Refunds will not be offered as a result of a camper’s absence. Camp will begin promptly at the designated time. Campers can be dropped off 15 minutes before camp begins. Camp will end promptly at the designated time. Campers will need to be picked up within 15 minutes.
